Create an Account and Login

1. Login to Tweezy

   • If you already have an account, enter your email address and password and click "Login".
   • Want the platform to remember your credentials? Tick the "Remember me" box.
   • Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password", enter your email, and you'll receive an email to create a new password.
   • New to Tweezy? Click "Don’t have an account" to create one.

2. Creating a New Account

   • Ensure you use your real name when creating an account. Nicknames are not accepted.
   • Fill in the required fields: Full Name, Email, and Password.
   • Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement, then click "Sign up".

3. Editing Your Page After Signup

   • Once registered, you'll land on the "Edit My Page" section.
   • Complete your profile:
     • Check and edit your username if necessary.
     • If anonymity is preferred, select "Show username instead of your Full name" (note that this option is discouraged for Creators).
   • Add your billing information, company details, VAT number, and a valid address if you're a Creator.

4. Tell Your Story

   • Use the "Tell us about your story" field to describe yourself, your work, or your business. Use text, emojis, or both to make it engaging.

5. Saving Your Changes

   • When done, click "Save changes" to update your profile.

 

Personalize Your Page

1. Adding Visuals

   • Go to "My Page" to upload your profile picture and background image.
   • Use the "Change cover" option to upload a background image (recommended size: 800x400px).
   • Click on the camera icon to upload a profile picture.

2. Setting Your Subscription Service

   • Click on "Activate" to enable your subscription service.
   • Set your subscription prices for various durations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually).
   • Want to offer free content? Select the "Free Subscription" option.

 

Managing Subscription Pricing

1. Subscription Price Page

   • The top section shows how much you’ll earn from each transaction (tips, Pay-per-view, subscriptions).
   • Set different prices for paid content:
     • Choose durations that suit you (e.g., weekly or monthly). Only the monthly subscription is mandatory.
   • Adjust settings anytime via "Edit My Page" > "Subscription Price".

2. Free vs. Paid Options

   • Offer exclusive paid content alongside free subscriptions for added flexibility.
   • Save your changes to finalize your setup.

Add Content – Publish a Post

On the "My Page" section, you can begin adding content to share with your audience. Here's how to publish your first post step by step:

1. Crafting Your Post:

   • Start by selecting a text for your post. Make it engaging and captivating.
   • Enhance your text by adding emojis using the ? icon to convey emotions or add fun elements.
   • If your post is text-only and not public, consider giving it a title. Use the "Aa" icon to create your headline.

2. Adding Media:

   • You can upload images, videos, or even audio files in .mp3 format using the ? icon.
   • Need to share multiple files? Upload a ZIP file using the ? icon.
   • If you want to offer the content for pay-per-view, set a price using the ? icon.
   • Use the lock icon ? to decide if the content is accessible to everyone or exclusively for your paying subscribers.
   • You can also go live with your audience by choosing the ? livestreaming option.

3. Scheduling Your Post:

   • To schedule a post for later, click the calendar icon. This feature allows you to prepare your content in advance and set it to appear on your feed at a specific time. Perfect for staying consistent or managing posts while traveling!

4. Publishing Your Post:

   • Once your post is ready, click on "Publish" to share it with your audience. ?

 

Add Content – Publish a Story

On the "Home" page, you can create and add stories, which remain live for 24 hours at the top of your page. Here's how to create your story:

1. Choosing Story Type:

   • Decide whether your story will include:
     • An image or video, or
     • Plain text.

2. Customizing Your Story:

   • If your story includes an image or video, you can add a title to provide context or make it more engaging.
   • If you opt for a text-only story, you can customize it with a background image or choose a fixed background color (either white or black).

3. Visibility:

   • Keep in mind, stories are visible only to your subscribers, making them exclusive and personal for your audience.

By using these tools for posts and stories, you can actively connect with your audience, share valuable content, and maintain a strong presence on Tweezy.

 

How Do People Subscribe?

When a post is locked for subscribers or set up as "Pay per View," visitors will see a blurred preview of the content with the following message:

"Unlock post for €5.00."

If a visitor wants to access the full content, they must follow these steps:

1. Unlocking the Post:

   • The visitor clicks the blue "Unlock post for €5.00" button displayed on the locked post.
   • This process applies to both "Pay per View" content and posts visible exclusively to subscribers.

2. Payment Options:

   • Visitors can choose to pay using:
     • Credit/Debit Card: Secure payments are processed through Stripe.
     • Wallet Balance: Funds available in the visitor's Wallet can be used to unlock the content.

3. Example Payment Breakdown:

   • If the post costs €5.00:
     • An additional €1.00 VAT will be applied if both the visitor and the creator are based in France, making the total payment €6.00.
   • Payment is seamless and secure, providing instant access to the content.

4. Completing the Payment:

   • Once the visitor selects their payment method, they click on "Pay €6.00."
   • The full content is immediately unlocked and becomes visible to the visitor.
